Always helpful security on the first entrance floor. Price dropped from $12/all day to $10/all day so yay

I parked here for jury duty. It's $3/15 minutes, but the MAX fee is $12. There's 24 hour parking for $12, and the pay machine says it charges $0.99 for credit card I believe, but you can pay in cash. Staff is polite when you need help, and this garage is not too far away from the criminal justice center. However, there are homeless tents set up on 1st St, which you need to pass, so just be weary of your surroundings. There is another $10 parking though somewhere nearby that I've heard of, so if you want to go there instead, feel free.

Price has increased from $8 to $12 in the past 6 months (50% increase). Service charge when paying with mobile has increased from 0.99c to $1.09. Price is getting ridiculous considering that up the street is a lot for $10 but requires cash instead. May need to move to that lot now instead... Mind you, one of the elevators is broken while the functioning elevator occasionally gets stuck. Not worth parking here anymore IMO.

In the 15 months I've been parking here for work, I've seen the rate increase from $8 to $12. May have to find another parking lot... Update Jan 2026: Upon starting the new year (2026), I was pleasantly surprised to see that the daily rate had been reduced from $12 to $10. Definitely appreciate it. Update Feb 2026: They have now installed entrance and exit gates, and you have to pay online either through the website or Park Whiz app. There is a mandatory $0.99 service fee, bringing the new total to $10.99.
