2243 S Michigan Ave Parking

Valet “employee” tried to sell legal street parking for $25! Then argued with us over city of chicago street signs that are very visible. Once finished the same employee told my wife that she “is lucky she is a pretty lady or he would have treated her like he treated me”. Why employee ignorant illiterate thieves? On top of trying to sell legal street parking he charges $25 instead of what your site claims $20! This all occurred on 24 April 2022 at 1045 am. Calling the city in the morning to complain.

I absolutely love parking my vehicle with this company. They provide exceptional service. The valet attendants are always very attentive, polite, courteous and helpful. I have used this parking service many times. I highly recommend parking at this location.

I would recommend to never park here unless you're in desperate need of a parking spot. They advertise VALET parking, but the customer does the parking themselves. I left my car in the lot for 3 minutes, I came back because none of the restaurants were accepting customer, so I asked for a refund only to receive an unprofessional response.

Someone stole my jacket out this lot and no one seem to know anything I was told a female turned it into the valet but when I asked them about they said they know nothing very suspicious
