Small spot with two elevators going up and down. Attendant takes about 10 pictures to verify pre-parking condition, which I found comforting. I can see how this setup would cause delays in and out during busy times and I doubt they can fit Tahoe sized SUVs. But on a summer Sunday afternoon this was an inexpensive and convenient place to park for Rockefeller center and I’m glad we picked it via ParkWhiz.

Worst garage in NYC!!!! If I could give them less stars, I would! Pulled in at 8:45pm and told them I would be back in 2-3 hours. I got back to the garage at 12:15am to find the garage was closed and locked! Google states that the garage is open 24 hours. There are no hours posted in the garage. You think the attendant would’ve mentioned that they close and lock the doors at 12am when I told them I would be back around that time???? I called the “emergency” number posted on a sign, which isn’t on their website, to try to gain access to my car, but they told me to sit and wait for 6 hours until they open in the morning. Unreal! I had to Uber back to NJ, then back to NYC the next morning to get my car! Don’t park here!!!

Instead of a paper ticket, you get an automated text once you give the attendant your number as you're dropping off your car. Follow the link in the text: you have to enter your email address, but skip entering your payment info if you already prepaid with a reservation. When you're about ready to get your car, press the button on the web page to request your car and they'll bring it without you having to go through any checkout process when you get there. I saw no verification process for some pickups: a person just showed up, told the attendant she'd requested her car online, got into the one that was right there and drove off. Tip: enter your license plate number when making a reservation on parkwhiz etc. because they don't scan your reservation code at any point here.

It is advertised as 24 hour parking. I arrived at 8:15PM and was not told the garage will close at night. I arrived at 12:00AM to find out the front gate shut and no employees in sight. Few minutes later arrived another person who's car was also locked inside. She used ParkWhiz which also showed that it is a 24 hours garage. We had to get an Uber back home, then another Uber next morning. Waste of time and money. Do not park there.

Complete scam. They'll take your money, not have a space for you, treat you terribly, and send you through an automated service that's only concerned about how quickly they can wrap their calls up. Little man needs to realize how lucky he was that there was a child present w the way he was talking to...
