If I could give it zero stars, I would! I’ve repeatedly been charged extra when trying to leave after the barcode does not work and staff have instructed me to print another ticket, upon entering. I understand the high security in this area, but it’s extremely frustrating that parking services in the area make it so difficult to just visit my family!

Payment is weird, you need your ticket to come back into the garage if you leave on foot. It's like this whole area of STP doesn't want people to visit and spend money.

Someone took stuff out my of my locked vehicle last night. No broken windows but when I got to my vehicle a man was "helping" a woman get into another vehicle with a Slim Jim. I did not confront them since I was alone. Do not park here! I don't ever have trouble when I park in North Minneapolis.

Falsely advertising $18 for parking event and then making me paying $38. I asked for clarification and they said that that they forgot to change the sign. I ended up paying since I had car behind me and couldn’t back out. When I went back to get my car it took me an hour to get out. I recommend everyone to go parking to the hospital parking lot nearby. Way cheaper!

Do not park here! Our ticket that we paid for upon entering did not work on the way out. We had to pay an additional $55 to get out.
