Poor communication, lack of English speaking attendants, and they don’t answer the phone during normal business hours. Also charged me for a full month, 2 months after I cancelled.

Parked here for 3 months. Never had any issues at all. Always good service irrespective of the time (6am, 11pm etc.) Book online & be mindful of how the garage actually works (multiple floors etc.)

Terrible customer experience - I called beforehand and they said they have space for overnight parking, but when I came in and finally talked to an attendant (after waiting there for 10 minutes) - he said there's no space and then started yelling at me to "LEAVE! GET OUT OF HERE!", rushing me to get out. Wow, what a terrible start to the day - please don't come here and ruin your days either!

Have been parking here for four years. The attendants are kind and the car is always ready on time.

Terrible customer service, attendant was rude, kept rushing me to move my car after the previous attendant told me to move my car and park it. Other attendant came to my window not even a minute later saying I need to move my car and began to rush me. Then he got into another vehicle and began to beep the horn until I moved. Never again will I use this parking garage.
