Let me preface by saying I am 100% sure the other 5 star reviews are generated by AI as they all sound the same and have only one review in their history. I had a plumbing issue with a leaking boiler in the middle of the night that was flooding the apartment below ours, and these guys were one of the few that answered, which was appreciated. We turned off the gas and water valves ourselves to stop the leaking and scheduled for someone to come between 7:30-8, but the plumber didn’t show up til 9am. When I called a earlier than that, they said the supply store didn’t open til 9 and they were looking at boilers, which made no sense to me as they didn’t even know we needed a replacement yet, plus why agree to 7:30 if that’s the case?
