Everyone was so amazing. From start to finish. Jeff was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. They finished the work as quickly as they could. I highly recommend them. We noticed our office carpet was wet. Since the hot water tank cabinet was between our office and bathroom, we realized the water must be coming from our water heater, and all we had to do was purchase a new one. When the plumbers delivered the new tank, they took out the old tank, but informed us they could not install the new tank until a water damage inspection was performed and damages were identified and fixed. However, they were able to hook up the new tank temporary outside, so we would have hot water. This was our first experience with water damage. Our plumber explained he would contact 24-Hr. Flood Pros who could give us a free inspection to asses the damage. We agreed to have this done, as we trusted the plumber's reputation and recommendation. Alex, the senior project man
