24 Restore

I had a tree fall on a LARGE shed. 2 floors and size of 2 car garage. Insurance company was no help. I had no idea what to do or where to start. It was a mess. My neighbor had Ryan reach out to me and see if he could help. He came out assessed everything told me he could help. He worked directly with the insurance company. He took a lot of worry and stress off my back. His company came and packed Up all my personal property and took it to storage. Once my stiff was out of there and safely stored, he asked me how long I thought the rebuild would take. I was honest I had no idea. I was still getting quotes from people. I am a Realtor and to be able to have Ryan with 24 Restore as a resource is invaluable! So many things come up in transactions and sometimes have to be handled quickly for the transaction to continue or sometimes for safety reasons. Ryan always answers his phone and will get right out to the property to assess the damage and provide a quote really quickly which is so important. After devastating damage due to a car crashing into our deck, and ripping it away from our home, we are pleased to say that we are put back together again! Mike Mullaly was so attentive to detail in our home. We had water damage and had to gut the entire first floor. Mike put us at ease that everything would be fine and built back even better. He walked us through every step of the process. Mike introduced Ed Rodrigues, who became the contractor to oversee the rebuild. Ed and his team were so attentive to ensure everything was completed to our expectations, and it was. As a first time homeowner the one thing you can never be prepared for is needing to put in an insurance claim due to damage. After a flood happened in my home I was put in contact with Ryan to help with along the process. He set me up for mitigation, which then quickly turned into asbestos abatement. He brought in George and Rick to do a full walk through of the house and together all 3 worked with the insurance company to get the approval for the things that needed to be repaired. Ryan was very helpful with any and all questions I had throughout the entire process. With Ryan, George and Rick being involved I felt comfortable and heard throughout the whole process. I would 1000% recommend them for anyone who finds themselves in this situation.
