We’ve worked with this Michael twice now, and both experiences were excellent. He is incredibly diligent and thorough, and you can really tell he takes pride in doing a comprehensive, thoughtful job. He explains everything clearly, is very communicative throughout the process, and is always available to answer questions. What really sets him apart is that he continues to be helpful even after the inspection is done , following up, clarifying findings, and offering guidance when needed. Michael is such an experienced inspector. He performed 2 home inspections for me. The first inspection was so detailed and thorough. Even though the house was a “pretty” flip, Michael’s inspection showed me that it was a money pit and I was able to cancel my offer. The second inspection showed me what the issues were. However, I can work through them and I close on my perfect house in just a few days.
