Shoddy work. When painting the floor they painted around shelving feet instead of clearing the room first, and didn't properly prep the and just painted over old chipping paint. Damaged existing flooring while carrying in materials and couldn't properly fix it. Installed defective fixtures. Not properly installing fixtures. Definitely lacking in finish work skills. A couple of the sub contractors were great. The painters and the electrician did a great job.

My apartment was flooded with sewage, and this company was hired to handle the cleanup. I had rugs, curtains, and even a 7-foot, 80-pound bean bag filled with raw sewage. From the start, the worker they sent was lazy and dishonest. He lied to me at every step just to avoid doing the actual work. First, he claimed he could clean and sanitize my entire apartment, including the rugs and bean bag.
