Patrick Kelly Roofing & Siding

I had my house sided by Patrick Kelly. I have a 1000 square foot house. His men did a fantastic job. Great communication if they found a problem. Oh course there was a problem, my home is over 50 years old. The bow window was not installed correctly 30 years ago. There was wood rotted under my bow window Steve took out and repaired it. The price was very reasonable too. His supervisor Steve takes pride in his work and really is great at trim work and details. See the before and after pictures. I would highly recommend them.

We live in a Tudor whose structure leads to huge ice dams. We unfortunately waited to call the pros as we thought we could take care of the issue on our own. How wrong we were! When the ice dams eventually caused some internal damage to our home, we started to look for a good company to help. I chose Pat's company because it had great reviews, and he absolutely did not disappoint. He called his guy Kevin, who came out the very next morning, with his crew and gave me a free estimate. Kevin took the time to explain to me how ice dams are created and what we needed to do to avoid this major issue for the future. Kevin and his excellent workers were up on our roof for at least 4 hours. They took care of all the snow and all the ice dams, and they shoveled all the snow that fell to the ground

They finished quicker than anticipated and did a phenomenal job repairing and installing the roof, repairing and adding siding to all seven dormers, and replacing an existing skylight on our large multi-family.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work Patrick Kelly and his crew did on our house. We had our roof, siding, windows, doors and gutters replaced.
