Girard Heating and A C has been our service provider for our 15,000 x2 units since we had them installed before our first year of usage. Since then, Girard has been our Only service provider for these 2 hard working air conditioning units in our home. So now I must tell you about our recurring technician Sael. He has been our Only technician because he is very consciously attentive to our needs, does great work, cleans up after he is finished and asks if there is anything else he can do to complete his visit, before he leaves. He will always be welcome here for service, and I would recommend Girard and Sael as a combination for cleaning and conditioning you entire system both inside and out, PERIOD. Please, trust me when I tell you , these folks will get the job done for you. My heat pump was damaged due to a mouse deciding it would make a nice winter home for his family. Their technicians had it back up and running the day the new part came in. They are all great folks to work with. I contacted Girard on a Thursday as a new customer looking to have my mini-split serviced and they had a technician (Sael) at my house the next day at 8:00.
