We’ve used Marcus twice. Both times he was easy to get ahold of and showed up on time exactly when he said he would. He was able to fix our issue the same day I talked to him on the phone and came out while he was supposed to be on his vacation so I could tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction. He really knows his business and I would recommend 24 Hour Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work done. He and the young man with him were polite, clean in appearance, and well kept in person. From the get go I had a great experience. My New water heater was leaking puddles after some DIY on my part..... When I called, I right away felt at ease, you could tell just over the phone that they knew what they were doing and glad to be coming out to rescue. They fixed it up, no problem.... I have to mention what I really appreciated was that Marcus went over everything about my water heater that I didn’t even buy from them.... and how to care for it... he didn’t have to do that. Being a newer home owner I really appreciated all the ins and outs he explained that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. My two year old also enjoyed watch em work !
