Great communication and professionalism~~!! Leon was kind enough to accommodate window cleaning prior to my guests arriving from Charleston. He not only cleans the glass thoroughly on both sides, but also washes the window tracks and screens! Dealing with an actual 'owner', with personalized service, is so vastly different from the rote style of alleged 'service companies'~~ He also identified three 'blown' seal windows, so we could notify the HOA appropriately. Leon's work is art . . . and I must have him come again on a more regular basis!

We have used several window washers over the years with some pretty good. Some not so good and some that think they should be making as much as attorneys...Well... We finally found one that we can call Great. Arturo's initial bid was very reasonable and he was well dressed and well spoken. Having been recommended by a friend we figured it was worth a shot.... He set an appointment. Showed up when he was supposed to and then He did an outstanding job.... We have definitely found our guy when it comes to window washing.
