Had a very thorough inspection and maintenance on my heating and air unit and Doug E. was the technician. Doug was so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions I had. He was efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with. I signed up for the service maintenance plan for $16 a month to keep my new unit (2023) in great condition. Thank you for excellent customer service from the people answering phones to the techs. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Vance Heating and Air enough! From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch. The technician Jose arrived right on time, he was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong without any high-pressure sales tactics. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such genuine care for the customer. My home is comfortable again, and I’ll definitely be using them for all my future maintenance!

Service tech Miguel came out today to check up on my system, took the time to help me understand a few features on digital thermostat. Also alerted me to the fact that humidifier had a filter that needed changed. Professional service, attitude, human, much appreciated. Quality business standards on display, I highly recommend.

If you need any thing with air conditioning or heating, this is the group to hire. Vance put in new system last Jan. when we had the snow,...took out the old furnace new heat pump installed all in good time. My bills are nearly half for summer and winter bills. The crew, there were 4 or 5 were all respectful, courteous, exacting with this project. We could not be happier!!! They do the 6 months check now. Thanks again Vance JB
