Frank came out within the hour at midnight, got rid of the mouse, and helped us with a comprehensive inspection of the whole apartment and laid new traps throughout. Frank and team were absolutely incredible. My roommate and I were away for a week and came back to a severe mouse infestation. We called Frank and he was able to send Jermell the same day who closed all of the larger holes, cleaned the feces, and set traps. Jermell was amazing, made us feel super safe and recommended permanent treatment. Because our infestation was so bad we also needed a full seal and repair team to come.
