To those who are looking for a fair-priced, honest, responsive, professional, proficient and friendly septic service company... I am an old-school septic customer. I personally require all these qualities in any service company, especially in septic services. Approximately 10 years ago I tried 24-Hour Septic Solutions for a pump-out and septic pump replacement. I was very pleased with the honest services and prices I received. So much so that approximately 5 years ago I went back to them for another pump-out. I was again very pleased with the honest services and prices I received. So much so that today, January 7, 2026, I went back to them for another pump-out. Still again I received an accurate diagnosis, fair-price, and a great pump-out. Never any problems. See the pattern here?

Gilbert and Rafael where the absolute best! Incredibly nice and more importantly PROFESSIONAL. These guys were pros in every way. I had my tanks pumped and also some additional work with replacing a burnt pump and other issues. They pumped the tank in the afternoon, diagnosed the issue for the rest of the stuff I needed to do and were back at 10am the next day and got my system 100%. Very grateful for their knowledge and speed to get us back online. I cant say enough about how great they were. Thank you!

Installed septic system. Failed 18 months later due to incorrect installation. Ownership refused to honor 2 year service warranty, blaming the original contractor. Disappointing.

Very responsive to inquiries. Seemingly always available! And quality service with a smile... Can't beat these guys.
