250 W 87th St Parking

I came to pick up my car and they charged me $17 for an oversized car. Didn’t tell me when I made the reservation. This almost doubled the price of my parking. Then when I get there they say they cannot get my car and I need to come back in at least 30 minutes

I have parked in this garage 10-12 times in the last couple of years. I have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Their prices are better than a lot of the other parking garages around.

Once again another place you go to and even the workers (Latin) are racial towards African Americans. I can not believe even parking garage workers. Get a respectable staff.

Made reservations, parked. no one said anything in English. Came to pick my vehicle they made me pay $ 15 extra for apparently oversized car. Sounds to me like extortion
