Staff was very helpful. There is only 1 available ev charger. It’s not in a covered space(roof) and the equipment handle has a sharp edge from a piece of the charger that holds it into the car is broken. There were many Tesla chargers available inside the garage(covered) but they dont allow the public to use them. I think there is a great opportunity to improve the availability of for public charging at this location.
This parking deck was the best option for my friends and I after we found out that parking was limited at our hotel at the last minute. This lot offers 24 hour parking with a great rate! The parking deck is well lit and spacious. You can pay for your parking using the QR Code posted. Be sure to pay attention to the expiration time frame.
Some spaces are available. They should be more handicap ♿️ parking. It seems as if they weren't enough. I'm glad we found one by the elevator on the 3rd floor. The $20 charge for the parking is a bit stiff on that price for a 12 hr parking. The pay option with the QR code is great. There is a delay of 1 hr from the time you pay. And you get a confirmation on your phone. It seems as if the elevator needs some maintenance and cleaning, smells as dirty wet shoes .
Very limited parking spaces. On this Saturday, only the 6th floor was open for general parking. Also very expensive to park, cost $22 for 1 hour or for 12 hours. Find a metered spot if you only stay at the beach for a few hours. Nice thing is 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk.
I paid at the QR code, returned to my vehicle, and found a ticket. I thought maybe I did something wrong with the scanner code. However, I checked, and I had paid $6.60. My payment was pending. I contacted the garage by email with proof of my payment. They responded that they never received any payment and are requesting $6 for the 3 hours that we originally planned to be paying when I was parking in this parking garage. I've sent another email showing that $6.60 was paid to somewhere? Why was an extra 60 cents taken in the first transaction? I'm really hoping that our much needed tourists didn't have this problem. I have not found this to be a simple fix. I have shown proof that payment was given and the problem hasn't been fixed. Be aware that something suspicious is going on.
