The man at the front desk was very unpleasant. There's signs everywhere that the parking lot is open for parking. As I'm pulling in, there's no more signs. I ask the man what the fees are (if any) and he points at the board thays right at the entrance. I asked if I should just park or what I had to do. He responds with vague answer to just pull up to the stop sign and turn off my car and leave my keys in. And when I try to do that INSIDE the parking lot where I ALREADY WAS. He screams at me from the entrance. I told him I didn't understand him and he isn't instructing me right. He yells back that I'm just not listening. If I'm inside the parking lot, then tell me to get out and drive to the entrance of the hospital where the valet will be waiting. Or block off the entrance since you can't

Location is cash only, but has zero signage explaining that. Yet they advertise spothero, etc. (non-cashless options.) That’s not such an issue, but when I went to pay cash the employee says exact change only, then proceeded to attempt to bully me into just giving her $20. absolutely ridiculous.

Had a miscommunication with one of the workers there and he was very rude. I’m not one that likes it if you just fire people, but he definitely needs to be retrained in customer service. Sorry you hate your life and your job but that doesn’t give you the right to make others feel terrible.

Everyone I've encountered that works here is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. They act like you're really putting them out when you show up. I would avoid this place if you have other parking options. Awful customer service.

Horrible attitude from everyone there. Snarky comments and terrible customer service. Would not recommend. If i could rate 0/10 i would.
