2nd Chance Water Restoration

If you're dealing with mold, do not use them! Completely unprofessional and they do not use trained people to do the work. After having them demolish my bathroom, they discovered that the valves on my toilet and sink were leaking. I asked them to place a bucket underneath them before they left as my plumber couldn't come out right away, to which they agreed. Well, they forgot and left it leaking overnight. The next day, the supervisor came, as they had paused on work bc they thought they might need to demolish the other half bath adjacent to the main bath, and needed to get the supervisor to weigh in. The supervisor saw the situation, which I was unaware of at the time since we had blocked the area off and it was zipped up with containment walls. He was acting very odd, stepping outside

Brian is amazing, communicative, and helpful in making sure the crew got to us regularly and answered any questions that we had. Pat from second chance was wonderful to work with and super responsive! We had a water leak issue that needed to be attended to immediately. Pat and his crew were able to show up the same day and get started working. His crew was professional and courteous and took care to make sure they put down the appropriate materials to protect our floors and walls while they worked. They did a great job! Pat and Dave and crew were just awesome. That undersells it, honestly. I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling that I needed fixed ASAP and was expecting this whole thing to be a pretty terrible process. But Pat swooped in and got to work immediately. Very thorough guy. He also did a great job explaining all the issues/angles they were looking at because I know very little. But my favorite part about Pat and Dave were how trustworthy they were. And that’s not to say they didn’t do a phenomenal job on my ceiling, they absolutely did. But they are just good people. Not to mention they saved me a lot of money as I quoted the job out to 3 places. I’ve found my house/service guy for life. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Pat, you are the man! You too Dave!

I highly recommend 2nd Chance Water Restoration. Pat and his crew were truly phenomenal. Our intention was to hire them for mold removal in our attic caused by improper ventilation & a roof leak. However, as soon as Pat walked in he immediately said we had issues with our crawlspace. I was shocked as I had already had a company check the crawlspace and I was told there was no mold. After the inspection, I vented to him regarding all of the things we needed to get done throughout our house. We ended up hiring them to address the mold in our attic & crawlspace, removing the tile ceiling in our family room, cleaning our vents etc. The entire crew truly went above and beyond to assist us in any possible way they could including moving heavy items for us and discarding a lot of junk from our at
