Jim was great to work with and he truly is an expert on mold. We purchased an older home, knowing that it needed attic mold remediation and mitigation. Jim from Green Home Solutions was easy to reach and schedule. He gave me tons of information and detailed explanations of his process. I always knew exactly what was happening and why. He also helped me coordinate with other contractors that I needed to properly remedy and restore our attic. I felt like Jim really took me through the process of testing/confirming, remediating, and mitigating and helped me with resources I did not have. It could have been an awful experience, but it was really stress-free because Jim is so thorough, so knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to doing the job correctly. Not only were they cost effective and efficient, Jim Blandi is extremely personable and knowledgeable of issues outside the scope of his business. He also referred two additional contractors for my other Inspection issues to remedy. If you're in need of organic mold remediation in your home or business-hire them.

Green Home Solutions did a mold remediation on our Attic space. The communication and follow up was excellent. The crew took care in our home with their equipment and the time to remediate took only a few hours. The before and after air quality test in the Attic space is a very good service and not offered by other companies we spoke with. Highly Recommend Green Home Solutions and we did to our neighbor with a mold issue in her basement closet. Green Home Solutions made a prompt visit to our neighbor and helped determine the source of the moisture causing the Mold. Green Home Solutions should be your first call if you have a mold concern.

All I can say is WOW! This company not only knows what they are doing - but also how to treat and care for their customers. I was dealing with a mold issue as a result of a leaky/faulty washing machine and needless to say this can be quite a stressful situation… as I am sure many of you reading reviews looking for help are feeling right now.
