2nd Street Parking Ramp

UNSAFE. We parked my car in this ramp on Saturday 2/2/2019 between the hours of 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. My car was parked approximately 100 feet from the exit cashier who has a clear line of site to my vehicle. My vehicle was broken into. Groceries, persciption sunglasses, a checkbook, a garmin along with several other items were stolen. The theifs also stole the parking ticket I received when I arrived at the ramp. I did file a police report with the Rochester police department. Upon leaving the ramp the cashier asked for my ticket so I could pay the parking fee. I told the cashier the thieves took the parking ticket along with everything else. The exit cashier then told me and I quote "the fee for a lost ticket will be $16.00 ". Are you kidding ?! This exit cashier watched me speak

Tight fit for our truck... not lifted and short box. Antenna hit the cement rafter on ceiling when entering... and we were going slow.

Very nice and clean parking garage. It was a bit difficult to find an entrance and exit when going back to our hotel. No signage indicating anything. Other than that it worked the way it is for.

Ramp has side parking, so I am able to fit my truck. Only way I am able to park downtown and get to work!

Machines down locking you in. No response from help buttons having to seek help after reparking. Will park elsewhere next time.
