3-D Air

I’ve used 3-D Air several times now and have had a great experience each time. The last couple of times Brandon H. has been the technician that came out. He always communicates that he’s on his way and here in a timely manner. He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything that he is doing. I am very satisfied with the service.

3-D Air replaced a mini split unit for us recently and did a great job. Fast, responsive, easy to communicate with and they did it for a fair price. Brandon called when he was on his way and he was very easy to deal with. He and Kyler made sure the install was done properly and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We had a minor issue with the unit a few days later and they were back to fix it within a few hours of us calling. Highly recommend.

Very professional, kind, and straightforward. I called them requesting a diagnostic appointment and they came out to check less than 2 days later. They explained everything very clearly and gave me 3 different quotes as options to fit my budget which I also liked. They weren’t pushy and the diagnostic was free! :)

Fast and friendly service. Techs Leo and John were courteous and kept us informed of their repair progress. This is our second time to use 3D Air and we will use them for future service.

Brandon had a cancellation and called to come over early, he was here in 15 minutes. He took the time to explain everything and it was all done in a timely manner. We’ve used 3D several times and now on bi annual schedule. Very pleased with the service.
