3 Sons Lock Service

Called to get some keys made and unfortunately they couldn't help me out because i need automotive keys made but the guy was very helpful and gave me somewhere to turn to. Seems like good people

I seriously couldn’t ask for better service. I locked my keys in my car while it was running. Ryan came out to my house in 30 minutes or less and had my vehicle opened within 20 seconds! I locked my keys in the car 3 weeks later (today) AAA came out it took them 3 hours and they scratched my tint on my window. I reached out to Ryan during the time AAA was out helping me for a back up plan and he was extremely professional and accommodating making sure I was good and was ready to help as soon as I needed him. He also gave me some pointers/advice so my keys don’t get locked in my car again.(so nice of him) I know who has my business from here on out! 10 out of 10!!!

Sometimes its hard to find a reliable locksmith service in the rural part of Martinsville where I live. I called Ryan from 3 sons lock and I could not be happier with my service. We had a deadbolt installed on our front door. He matched the color perfectly and even changed the key to match my other lock. I would highly recommend this service even if you have to call them last minute. We were planning out vacation and needed service right away. He didn't raise his rates and had our door all fixed up right away.

Scheduled for 11 on Thursday. At 11 Ryan called and said he could not be there until later and I was not able to wait on him. We planned for the following day after 2:30, said he would call me when he left his last job in Mooresville, it is now the following Tuesday, no call. Seemed like a very nice guy and interested in the job when I called and spoke with him, sent him pics of the locks and the key, etc in preparation for the work to be completed. Disappointed that he did not follow through.
