This place is horrendous we sat fir hours waiting to get out , no one to call no one to help never again , setting it up was easy getting out a nightmare

Great parking garage, super clean, great location. They actually have attendants on site to help if needed! I used parking whiz to book so not sure of the regular pricing but it wasn't bad for a downtown location.

parking here can be challenging with large cars. I use spothero to park here periodically, but have to time it right to get a good price. it's ideal right at downtown crossing where macys and other shops are. but the turns are narrow and with 2 way traffic, it can get difficult to maneuver and even to park in certain places

I come here a few times a month and it’s super easy to get in and out of, I use spot hero to book a spot and it’s a great price. The staff is really friendly and it’s a really short walk to downtown crossing!

This is a super tight parking garage, spaces are narrow and center aisle isn't very wide; so much so that someone scraped the corner of my sedan and left no note. This lot is on SpotHero for pretty cheap for a good reason, dont pay more than 15 bucks to park for 6-8 hours.
