302 Power Washing

After all of the great reviews about this service I was convinced that we'd be in good hands. In the summer of 2024 we had the house power-washed by 302 Power Washing. Though the overall effectiveness of the cleaning was adequate we had one major issue: the cleaning solution caused significant staining and bleaching of the vinyl siding- the most noticeable being around the front door entry and porch. I notified the owner but there was never any attempt to make this right. We are left with some seriously damaged siding- unacceptable. I have used 302 Power Washing a couple of times now. (Most recently for snow removal from our driveway and sidewalks). Troy does great work, he’s very easy to schedule and shows up on time. Very reasonable pricing also. I would highly recommend 302 PW for both power washing and snow removal.

This is the third time Troy has provided power washing services at our home. We started the first time with whole house washing. Then this year he came by to remove mold and algae growth on our large paver patio in early spring. Again yesterday to do the whole house, sidewalks, curbs, driveway. The concrete cleaning was amazing…the yard leeches iron deposits into the concrete. He was able to confidently remove 5 years worth of the staining. Super impressed. Troy was very professional from start to finish. He was sure to address all of my concerns and fit me in to his very busy schedule much faster than I would’ve expected. Excellent communication, excellent quality of work. Definitely would recommend him for any exterior cleaning project.

In preparation and per the agreement, I removed all screens, plant pots and a couple decorative items on the porch. Troy was professional, prompt and thorough. The result was sparkling. He did note that the white paint used on the painted trim had to have been very good quality which results in a sparkling clean. Lower grade paints don't always come as clean.
