Don't Touch Electric

Don’t Touch Electric was fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling online was quick and easy, and they arrived right on time within the scheduled window. The installer did a great job installing our light fixture and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. On top of that, they were very friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them.

I'm overdue to provide this review. Don't Touch Electric recently performed some electrical work on my house. Specifically, they replaced a fuse for my garbage disposal and installed a surge protector for my fuse box. Doug Simpson, the owner, did the work. Doug's work was excellent. He was patient with my questions, and he was great at explaining what he was doing. He completed the work timely and very effectively. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his client service skills. I felt like I was treated like a neighbor or friend, and that spoke volumes to me. If you have any electrical needs, I would highly recommend Don't Touch Electric. Doug and his team will take very good care of you!

We had some LED lights replaced and an outlet added. The work was performed by Doug, who was fantastic - he’s a real pleasure to work with. He was friendly, courteous, neat and respectful of our property, and super efficient and knowledgeable. He provided us with quotes for future projects, and we will definitely call Don’t Touch Electric in the future to do those projects, and any others that may come up. Doug also took the time to teach me how to do monthly circuit checks and smoke detector maintenance, and he had several other helpful suggestions about security systems and more. I highly recommend this company and Doug if you want excellent customer service.

The electrician was professional and friendly. He was very helpful and explained the issue regarding our electrical box. He also installed a surge protector for safety reasons. I highly recommend Don’t Touch Electric for anyone needing electrical service.
