If you are Sami truck driver, this place is very tight for delivery and you have to back up to the main street to get out Completely unsafe. And the people in the office, they just gonna stand and watch when you’re struggling backing out they’re not gonna hold traffic or help in anyway. It doesn’t matter if this company been here for 30 years drivers always check reviews before they go to places to see how safe it is. if the company doesn’t care about the safety of the driver it’s not ridiculous for me to give you one star.

This company parks their trucks in bike lanes, endangering cyclists. Definitely won’t be contacting them for any insulation or installation needs.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for a business, but I am incredibly angry with this company and after reading reviews my experience seems to be common place with 31W. I called to get a quote on a shower door installation. I was given a time and date when they would come quote my job. No one showed up...which would have been fine had someone called me to let me know. I called the office the next day and they apologized, and re-scheduled my quote for another day. Guess what.....no one showed up the second time either. I'm planning my day around them being there when they said they would and no shows up and no one calls me to let me know. A few months later my sister in law was re-doing her upstairs bonus room and needed to get a quote on insulation. She later told me she had 3 bids

I love how my new garage door works, and I am so grateful for all of 31W's expert advice and prompt service. They were extremely quick, and you can't beat the price! Highly recommended

I had 31W insulation come and install an iDrive garage door opener. The techs didn't know what they were doing. The garage door has never worked correctly. Every time I've had a service call, the first thing the repair guy asks is if I still have the manual. It's now been TWO YEARS and my opener still doesn't work. I can't get anyone to call me back. When I do get a hold of someone, they give me excuses, run-around and/or are mildly hostile. Two years, lots of frustration and $500 later, I still don't have a working garage door opener. I guess my next step is to make complaints to licensing authorities, posts on consumer websites, small claims court, etc... **UPDATE** To their credit, they did finally replace my opener. They didn't replace it with a jack-shaft opener as I had originally wa
