310 E 11th St Garage

My partner is active duty military and came down to visit me for the first time. We used this parking garage and I have to say that we are NOT happy with our experience- we were told he would get a significant military discount, which I asked about several times just to confirm that we were getting the most for our money as a young couple. After the employee assured us the discount had been applied, we came back days later to get the car to find another employee saying that the garage does not offer military discounts... on MEMORIAL day weekend. I really hate to be a Karen but I'm in a Karen mood now. It's fine to not have a military discount but don't lie to get someone's money, especially with how little our service members are paid.

Someone here is a fraudster, because they tried to apply 2 parking tickets onto my zipcar reservation - so be aware! No surprise on the bad reviews..

After driving around for about 15 minutes I finally came across this parking garage. The attendant was friendly and checked me right in. When I returned about an hour and a half later to pick up my car. I was checked out and given my vehicle all in under 5 minutes. The attendant was very friendly and even let me use the bathroom.

Don’t park here. The guy scratched our car and when we brought it up, he laughed in our face!! The worst service I’ve experienced hands down.

Terrible experience. Staff was rude and people were waiting up to an hour to get their cars. The attendant wouldn't acknowledge that I paid via an app.
