THE GARAGE TOTALED MY CAR! Airbags deployed on all sides and smashed the passenger side door in. I cannot get a hold of their insurance for the claim it’s been a headache.

I broke down in an old Ferrari on the street around the corner (in the rain even), and the guys running the garage that night couldn't have been more fantastic. They let me park in a spot that let me get good eyes on the problem, and they made me feel like the car was totally safe until the morning, which it was. Fantastic people. Couldn't recommend better people.

The attendant at this garage did not leave the fob key in my car and didn’t hand it to me. When I called later asking if they had it in lost and found and if I can pick it up, they were nonchalant and rude and said it must be in the glove box or car. We looked many times and clearly it is not there. The car would start if the FOB was in the car. Thankfully, I have an extra fob key to use. But it is highly annoying when you call this garage and they are nonchalant and rude each time. They hung up on me when I called when I was being completely polite. So it is clear to me they put customers last and I wonder if they are liars and thieves given their behavior.

The car was running when we received it and I didn’t realize the fob was not in it until the car was turned off and couldn’t be turned back on. Yes, I should have made sure it was there after loading the kids. I called immediately to see if they could locate it and the two men I spoke with insisted it was in the car and that it could not be at the garage. I checked the car throughly several times more just in case I missed a spot and well it looks like I have to purchase new fob.

My family and I were walking down to the garage to get my car. The attendant was moving another car out of way. The way the garage is set up there is one way in and one way out. There is a major blind spot as you are heading down. The guy moving the car sped up to turn and had to have reached 15-20 MPH going up the ramp nearly running over my 6 and 7 year old daughters.
