WARNING!!! Do not park here! I paid for 12 hour parking and received a $55 ticket in the mail. I had to take time out of my day to open a dispute. You cannot get updates on the dispute unless you call them and waste 20 minutes on hold.

I parked here a few times as it is reasonably priced and a close enough walk for Cubs games. First time I booked through ParkChirp and I received a notice in the mail for an $80 fee saying I never paid. Took days to get resolved. Tried again, booked directly through LAZ Parking and still received another notice. Will never give them my business again.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I just got a 90.00 bill (looks like they increased their prices) for parking in their lot while trying to find directions. I was about to pay to overnight my car there when the fee on the app jumped from 25.00 (on the sign in the lot) to 36.00. There were roughly 20 open spots and I was sitting in my car for the majority of the time. If only I had read reviews sooner.

DO NOT park here if you don’t want an $87 ticket mailed to you!!! A total scam! I went into the parking lot and parked. You can pay via text as there are signs all over the parking lot saying you can pay online. I pulled up the instructions on my phone to pay via their app, I entered into the parking lot a little after 6pm. For some reason, the LAZ parking app didn’t allow me to start my parking time earlier than 6:30pm. Mind you, it’s 6:10pm at the moment so I’m like okay I’ll just chose the starting time of 6:30pm since I can’t choose anything earlier. I waited around the car until 6:30 to make sure I don’t get a ticket and left my car. 7 days later I get a notice in the mail with $87 fine with a picture of my car ENTERING the parking lot with a time stamp of me entering. My son paid for $7.75 for four hours of parking when he parked for less than an hour, but the company still sent me a bill for $80 then charges a $5 convenience fee through PRRS to pay online. I provided a receipt from their app, but they claimed that the payment, which they received, was not valid for that time. This is an unscrupulous company, and I hope no one parks there when viewing this and their other negative reviews. Remember, you have a choice where you do business... even parking. Avoid this place and any place using PRRS as much as possible. Use SpotHero or something like that to avoid these companies who lack integrity.
