315 E 40th St Garage

I really love this parking garage. The parking attendants are the most wonderful people. Polite, organized, they take excellent care of your car, and if you've been going there consistently like I have they have a great rapport with you! Highlight of my mornings. But recently, iPark has stopped working with Park Whiz and the garage isn't accepting any pre paid parking passes after a year of accepting them. I called Park Whiz and they're saying iPark's system must be down. I hope iPark management is able to fix this issue because I love this garage but need to Park elsewhere until they figure this out.

I left the car there for 3 days. They were quick and respectful, good service.

This guy that work today with grey hair and glasses sooo rude overcharged me and got cash from me that he I believe poker to himself !What a rude guy he has so bad attitude omg never ever I’m gonna use them again I asked for his name but he refused to give me his name what ever

I was a monthly customer at this garage for more than a year, and it was by far one of my worst experiences parking in Manhattan. Some of the staff are incredibly rude, and the manager is even worse. Even if you call a day in advance, your car is never there. Once I complained after waiting for nearly a half hour, and one of the staff told the one attendant to ignore me and deal with the "gringos" since they complain louder. I would skip this garage at all costs.

I was very happy to with the parking here, I happened to have booked my reservation with SpotHero but when I got there I saw that it was a bit cheaper to just pay them directly, when I got there it was getting busy but it still only took 3 minutes to get out and when I got back it took 30 seconds from when they scanned my car till I was in my car! I've never had such a thing before it was also very specious there didn't feel like they scratching my car Everytime they turned a corner.
