Several weeks prior I reserved parking here, which I prepaid for my surgery which was scheduled for May 16th. After driving through bumper to bumper traffic for close to one and a half hours I arrive here only to have the attendant tell me the lot is full, I told him I prepaid the spot already he said there is no room, the crazy part is while we were talking another vehicle pulls out of the lot and still he said he had no room. I am 100% sure that my spot was given away which means for one parking spot they received two payments, the pure definition of "DOUBLE DIPPING". When one prepays the spot must never be given away for the duration of the reservation, it seems it is a common practice here, to give away prepaid parking spots, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
