Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They were the only technicians who had ever worked on our ice machine. When the machine failed, I hired a refrigeration technician who specializes in ice machines. He discovered that a clip had been placed on a hose leading to the pump that should not have been there, which directly caused the pump to fail. This reflects careless and improper servicing. While I did not ask them to take responsibility or seek compensation, this experience was enough to ensure I will never use this company again. I would strongly discourage others from trusting them with their equipment.

Called company to come repair. Walk-in cooler came out. Charged my credit card for a service call. Never gave me an estimate for repair. Called three times and asked for an estimate for repair or replacement. Never got anything. 6 months later charged my credit card for a service call. Bad service. Very unprofessional. Asked to speak with owner or manager. No one ever called back

My freezer was not freezing for 2 months and I run a small restaurant which I had warranty on the freezer, Atosa sent 3 different technicians and None could figure it out but when they finally sent someone from 32 degrees service that was a life saver, God BLESS 🙏🙏🙏

Owner is very professional and always responds quick.
