321 HELP

I have known Jeff for a long time and he is such a great friend and wonderful person to have in your circle. Jeff has a can-do-attitude . He is honest and generous. Jeff never does anything halfway. He is super capable of fixing anything. He is efficient, cheerful, and very good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding! Ladies, if you are looking for a reliable handyman and one that is not creepy, Jeff is your guy. As a single lady, I was hesitant about hiring a handyman. But once I found Jeff, all my fears were relayed. He is dependable, reliable, can pretty much do anything.. from toilets to ceiling fans to building decks to roof repair.. even putting furniture together, painting, or just small things like hanging pictures ..he even helped with a water filtration system in my house! Most of all he is a good guy, works hard, and leaves everything clean when he is done. He will follow up to make sure you are happy as well. I highly recommend his services if you need help with just about anything.

Almost a year ago I had Jeff install a garage door opener and some ceiling fans. Shortly after the install, the fans would randomly turn on. I happened to have an electrician fixing a lighting issue and asked him to take a look at the fans. He fixed three of the five, stating that the connections were not done properly and could have caused a fire. $200 per fan installation that could have burned down my house! This week a bolt fell off my garage door opener. The repair man came and fixed it and I asked if there was something I could do about the shaking as it didn’t seem very stable. He was quite surprised and I was horrified when he said the opener was not screwed into studs but just in the drywall. I was very lucky that it didn’t fall on my car! Had to spend $200 to get it hung properly

JEFF DID A HIDEOUS JOB AND OVERCHARGED FOR A JOB THAT NOW HAS TO BE RECONSTRUCTED AND PERFORMED BY A REAL PROFESSIONAL. I PAID HIS RIDICULOUS $200 INVOICE FOR 15 MINUTES’ JEFF MADE A MESS WITH THE DRYWALL COMPOUND OVERSPRAY ON COUNTERTOPS, TILE, CARPET, TV, TV CONSOLE, AND EVEN INSIDE SHOES SITTING ON THE FLOOR & DIDN'T CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF. JEFF ORIGINALLY PRESENTED HIMSELF OVER THE PHONE AS A DRYWALL EXPERT BUT TURNED OUT TO BE A NOVICE. HE ALSO SAID HE WAS RETURNING THE CAN OF TEXTURE SPRAY HE BOUGHT AT HOME DEPOT BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE & THAT’S WHY IT WAS SO MESSY AND DIDN’T WORK PROPERLY. ORIGINALLY, HE SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE 4 HOURS BUT HE WAS GONE IN 15 MINUTES AND YET HE STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE 15-MINUTE DEFECTIVE JOB & DEFECTIVE (RETURNED & REFUNDED) SPRAY TEXTURE

Jeff did outstanding work on a variety of projects that I’ve delayed for years because I was unable to find good help. He is a problem solver, hard worker and does what he says he’ll do and at the promised time. His projects included fixing doors, a pool leak, replacing a custom exhaust vent hood, replacing blown down fencing and a very complicated cable rail fence replacement.
