Brevard Pools repaired cracks in our aging pool and resurfaced it. Of the quotes we got for this job, theirs was not the cheapest, but they were the professionals who sounded like they knew how to fix the cracks correctly. To be more precise, they recommended a method they themselves couldn't do, over one they could do, and recommended someone who could do that. In other words they gave us their best advice at the cost of business to themselves. Communication was excellent, coordination between contractors was smooth, the unexpected was handled well (you never know what will happen under a 50-year-old pool), and we're thrilled with the result. Love love LOVE this place! I generally take care of my own pool with an occasional water test at Pinch A Penny. But recently our pump died and I was worried that we would have to upgrade our electric (among other things) in order to get a decent pump. (We had been told this by more than one contractor.) I knew these folks' reputation but was afraid of the cost. When they came out to do an estimate it was immediately clear that a) these folks are HONEST and b) these folks know what they're talking about. Within just a few days we had a brand-new VARIABLE-SPEED pump (something we were told was not possible without an electrical upgrade) and I couldn't be happier. Pool resurfacing was scheduled well in advance and they began on the scheduled date. It required the amount of time they said. The final cost was slightly less than the original estimate. The final product is excellent. We couldn't be happier. Thanks!
