321 Roofing

A total waste of money. Replaced a leaking flat roof, and it leaked worse one week after installation. Roofers claimed that ponding was ok. Run away.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO USE WHEN IT COMES TO ROOFING!! For the past 3 months we have been trying to get a metal roof put on by MIKE. He is unprofessional in his time management and buying material. He doesn't respect the yard he's on by throwing away his trash. And he doesn't care about getting the work done. My roof has continued to leak since he didn't properly prep the roof for the chance of rain and contacted our insurance company without authorization from us. If you have a choice between this company and another plus run because this company will leave you with nothing but headaches and and excuses

This company is a scam. I went here thinking that I would get quality work abs instead received every excuse in the book. I stayed with them for over a year( my mistake) before work even got started on my roof. They promised to get my gutters done as well but they're still laying on the ground along with my hurricane sheets that were to be painted and reinstalled. My patio lights and driveway lights were disconnected and never turned back on. When trying to contact to get my job done my number ended up being blocked so I have no way of getting my job done. Between the excuses, lack of finishing the job, and lack of punctuality i wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. Stay away

As always, they promise you the Moon, and give you an ounce of dirt. We worked with a gentleman by the name of Mike, who stated that this was his business. We used this company because they’re about 1 mile from our house and that’s the primary reason we decided to use it. The original person I spoke with gave me a bunch of excuses for not coming out and giving us an appraisal. He never showed up and then his “partner”Mr. Mike, was the one to finally came out. Although the small roof that needed the most repair is really difficult to get to because of its height and size I never heard so many excuses for not being on time. Part of his contract was that he was to pick up all trash prior to getting paid. He got paid but never returned. After over a week of trying to get their junk out of our

Posting this review for Frank Parker….This company recently recoated a mobile home roof for me. They showed up on time, did the job in about 3 hours and cleaned up before they left. I felt I got a good job for a fair price. Thank you, Frank
