Customer Reviews
If you truly care about your vehicle please don’t park it here. Garage is really tiny and when leaving the parking garage my wheel got stuck and was damaged. 45$ parking turned into 300$ worth of damage
False advertising for pricing. $15 day park became $22 for 4 hours became $38 because there was a Cubs game happening (with no indication from the place that that was the case, I don’t follow baseball, I don’t know these things). Place itself was very cramped, lots of tight squeezes. Was secure though, so that’s something.
I prepaid in February 2025 for a ticket to park here in June 2025 for an event. When we arrived, the parking attendant wouldn't grant my ticket, said the garage was full, shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I scanned the ticket anyway which allowed access but no spots were available but one which no car could fit. I ended up parking a long the wall. Two other people also prepaid that night without spots to park. I would not recommend.
I paid $70 to be parked for less than 2 hours on a Saturday in January, there were no signs indicating that that was how much the total would end up to be. Signs indicate $15 for event parking and $70 on game day, it was neither. I cannot stress enough that it was a Saturday in January, there was absolutely no game going on and it is not even baseball season.
Was there on Tuesday, June 20th. Arrived at 10am. The appointment I was going to didn’t last that long and was parked for only a half hour or so. Partially my fault for not paying attention I noticed I was overcharged. Way overcharged. $50 was the cost. If there is a Cubs game the rates increase 3 hours before first pitch. Two issues… The game wasn’t until 6pm, and they were playing in Pittsburgh. No reason for that rate. I pressed the help button on the kiosk and spoke to a woman at the call center. Explained to her what had happened and she put me on hold. She had come back on the speaker and had said that the garage manager was sending her calls to voicemail and I would need to send an email. An email was sent. And here I wait. This is a poor way to do business and a poor way to han
