33 W Ontario Self Park

Purchased three days to park and was denied access for reentry when using the car. Said to read the fine print that doesn’t permit more than one entry, which I’ve never heard of in a parking garage. DONT PARk HERE! They will scam you out of your money, with a business model that relies on gotcha policies and completely lacking in transparency

Next time I will just Lyft or Uber to my event. I rather give them my money. They oversell spots and was trapped on the 8th level. The front desk woman with short hair was rude. She claimed I followed a car into a restricted area, when I was driving behind a car like any car would in a garage. She said she witnessed the entire thing on camera…okay! If you saw I did not belong in the area, and I drove to the gate to get out, why didn’t you open the gate so I could go downward??? I never parked there before, so I don’t know your restricted areas…I will not ever park there again!

This garage was terrible. The customer service for the center lane was very rude and not helpful at all. I paid for a parking space for 24hrs and the machine would not allow us to leave. I asked for assistance but the lady and the guy that I talked to were lazy, rude and not helpful. I went to the left lane and the lady was alot more helpful. All they had to do was type in my name and license plate. Terrible service

This parking garage has extremely horrible customer service! There is no sign when the garage is full and they will still charge you if you parked or not! Customer support was very rude and unprofessional the operator got sassy and hung up!

Booked on Spot Hero. Narrow spots, entrance and exit. Had hard time finding the door to get back into the garage as it was basically within the hotel entrance area. No theft issues.
