I honestly was hesitating about parking my car in this place because it seems that it has a lot of bad reviews. In my personal experience,the gentleman was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The price was really good through the app @parking only $30 for 10h. I walked 45 to the 9/11 museum,and the other beauty around,in general it was a great experience so, I 100% recommend it.

If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. I reserved and prepaid for a spot through SpotHero, which was confirmed for surgery at Eye & Ear. When we got to garage attendant wasn't going to let us in because it was "full" and that "they" should send us to another garage. After arguing asking have a prepaid reservation he let us in but only if we immediately gave him an additional $15 SUV charge. Then attendant continue to harass us both when we left the car and picked it up 1 hr later. Go to another garage unless you want to be harassed!

I would not recommend parking here. Operator/owner is VERY difficult to communicate with. He was rude when I first got there and then hard to get a simple receipt from due to misunderstandings. The rates were very high; $40 for a couple of hours. In addition, the owner only accepts cash, which makes it even more difficult considering how high the prices already are. Consider another place to park if you can.

We left our car in this garage for over 10 hours while we were in the city because the price was decent, but when we came back, our car would not start up. We believe that the person dealing with our car did not properly turn the car off or did not close the car door right. Knowing that the workers deal with cars all day long, we did not think something like this would happen to our car and I am worried for those who park their cars in this garage.

The owner originally told me the price for parking was $50. Five minutes later I hand him $60 in cash and ask for change. He continues to say the price is actually $53 and would not return all of my change.
