Do not park here! The attendant is extremely mean on purpose. When I went to park I got the sense that he was frustrated that I showed up because I actually made him do work. I told him I’ll just be parking over night but he kept insisting on me giving him a specific time that I would pick it up and then went on a rant how if anything changes I have to call him. However looking at the ticket, iPark (the company managing the garage) policy was to just text a phone number my ticket an hour before I needed the car. He also kept probing of why I was in NYC, since my car has Virginia plates, and I told him I was visiting my grandparents. DONT PARK HERE! The guy in charge of parking your car is rude and violates your personal space. I follow the rules and regulations of the place, my car gas tank is low, when I dropped it off at 8am, after 9 hours of work I picked up my car 10 minutes before closing time. First thing he said to me was, “did anyone call you?” I was confused, he said did “Leo” called you?” Leo is My boyfriend my jawed dropped because I never provided this guy with my number, name or my boyfriend’s number or name. He called my boyfriend 5 times to tell him “can you bring gas bc her tank its low?” I know my car, my car will make it home or their near gas station. He yelled at me and said “you are not allow to park here I spoke to my supervisor and manager you are not allow here no more”. Then he kicked me out

Horrible service , when car was picked up from garage after 2 hours parking side mirrors was not working . What ever those parking pro does to stick the car into spot broke electronic mechanism of closing opening windows on my remote. Seams they pushed it in manually. Does not worth the cost of parking When I called them non English speaking person laughing at my complain kept repeating two words , so calling them is useless . Never will go to this company again . Not recommended .

Attendant was very good and a nice guy. One of the cheapest deals I could in the area.
