I paid for a parking ticket for like 6 hours ahead of time. Upon arrival the QR code didn't work. It stated to press the call button and the person on the other end was no help. He told me I would have to pay again and try to get a refund. I am still trying to get a refund, which is hard as there is no number to call, and only an online form to fill out which has gotten zero response.

I have had no issue parking in this garage location over the last couple years. Easy in, easy out. Although at night, have to use the Green St door, go up one floor and then take another elevator to the parking garage. Other than that, better parking garage than Presidential Towers, 500 W Monroe and definitely The Franklin.

this parking garage has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I was treated like a criminal for trying to get to my car late as a night with a group of women who were being harassed and needed to get to safety. it’s actually so baffling because we paid to park the car in this garage. the best part of this whole ordeal is that we were turned away from the “wrong” door only to go down a level and end up right back at the door that we were originally at. all in all if this parking garage is going to stay open to the public, they need to be more accommodating to the public otherwise just be private!!!

The customer service agents assigned to this parking garage are unprofessional, incompetent, and escalate situations that are easily resolvable. The worker refused to give me his name after our interaction but I will be escalating this manner to management.

Please take the parking ticket from the kiosk and not from security personnel. We were given a 5 hour old ticket and paid for 2(actual time)+ 5 hours at the exit. SCAM
