Never ever use this parking lot. I paid in advance on the ParkWhiz website, but when I tried to leave, the machine did not recognize my payment at all. The gate would not lift and instead asked me to pay again. I contacted the on-site assistant and clearly explained that I had already paid on ParkWhiz. She ignored this completely, insisted that I pay again, and was extremely rude. There was no attempt to verify my payment or help resolve the issue. Because I refused to pay twice, I had to leave the parking lot and come back later. About 3 hours later, I tried again — and surprisingly, the gate opened automatically and let me out without any issue. The next day, the system still tried to charge me again. At that point, I had zero trust in customer service, so I exited and used another ga
