My wife used her ParkWhiz App to park in this garage today 02/08/2025. When entering the garage, a sudden wind gust blown away the paper ticket but we thought it wont matter as we used ParkWhiz App to get in and out. On the way out, they tried to charge us $100 for the lost ticket. In the end we lost 1.5 hours and had a "pleasure" of nerve-wrecking experience of arguing with the staff of this garage. In the end, I called their supervisor and it took them 1 minute to find parking reservation in the system and let us out.

Unprofessional staff tried to rip $100 off me!!! Don't park here!!! I've used ParkWhiz to park here and wind had blown the ticket away when I was entering but I didn't pay attention to this as you usually don't need a ticket when using parkwhiz. On the way out, they tried to charge me $100 for the lost ticket and were telling me that the parkwhiz voucher has been previously used. In the end, I've lost 1.5 hours and was in the deep panic because they were not letting me out and asking $100 for the parking I already paid for.
