3.49 A Cleaner

I came from out of town for a wedding in Washington, NC and my dress fell in the car and got grease on it. I had no other outfits and was in panic mode. I called two other cleaners and both told me they did not clean on Fridays and could not help me. I called here and Matt offered to help me even though he said he was done production for the week. He said he would do his absolute best to get the spot out and would make sure it was ready for me Saturday morning. He did say there might be a few wrinkles but I didn’t care. He was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. My dressed looked brand new when I picked it up the next morning. Thank you Matt for doing what others weren’t willing to do and saving the day!

My suit was full of lint they do not press your clothes. It looks like a child clean the clothes. My husband's pants came back with wholes in them. They refuse to compensate. I even decided to report them to the BBB. The manager took the word of the employee instead of the customer.. To treat people like this is not fair so I am taking my business somewhere else..

They got the stain out of my $300 suit jacket which I was happy about and on time too. But they broke the middle button of a 3button jacket that has swirl colored buttons so you can't match it or replace it... I should have gone to the Cleaners on 264 an paid the extra $1.50.

Best dry cleaners known to man. Service is spot on and the pressing quality can't be beat. Not to mention, half the price of everyone else.

Absolutely wonderful… easy to work with, friendly staff and everything is done on time!!! The manager, Kennedy, is a real charm!!!
