PARK AT YOUR OWN PERIL - NEGATIVE 100 STARS This is an account of my OWN experience this past week at this garage. It is my OPINION that this could easily happen to anyone, so BEWARE you MAY be parking here at your own PERIL!!!!! I arrived this past Sunday around 2 PM and parked in a corner spot on the third level - see photos. I noticed the spots were tight and I witnessed some people struggling to open their doors because of being too crammed in to the cars next to them. Therefore I chose a corner spot, where one side of my car would not have any vehicles next to it. I was completely within my space, as the photos show. This was Sunday. Was there for a Time Share presentation with Diamond Resorts. It's kind of hard to understand if they are as successful as they say they are, then why does the furniture look very old and worn out?

Cheap parking, gets you on the beach quick. No problems here. Very much recommend.

Cramped parking spots, dirty stairs and stinky elevators although location is perfect; adjacent to the beach. Getting good spots over the weekends are very difficult and do leave your stuff in the car.

$20 for day with out of order elevator! No thanks!!
