Paul Drayton of 360 Inspections did a great job at a fair price. He studied the drawings and knew exactly what was supposed to be done. He had extensive knowledge and even questioned the builder about a missing elevation drawing. His final report was complete and his follow-up with the builder was thorough. I felt I was in good hands and I’m glad 360 Inspections was on the job! I have another home inspection coming up and will hire Mr. Drayton/360 Inspections again.

My realtor Nelson Ortega had put me in contact with a home inspector he had used before Paul from 360 inspections. I had him come to a home that I was going to purchase for a full house inspection. Paul set the date within a couple days of my request came and did a full inspection. I got an email from him that afternoon and to my surprise it was very detailed with pictures of everything that he had found could possibly be a problem. The report he sent was very easy to read and understand. With that report he also sent a repair request form with the important issues that needed to be taken care of So that my home would be safe to live in without further issues.
