Wow, what a great job! Austin is very easy to work with. He has a soft honest approach and explains everything in detail. Austin did an amazing and thorough job at our home. He soft washed the exterior of our home, soft washed the screening on our lanai, and power washed and sanded and sealed our lanai pavers. Everything looks like new. He was prompt, professional, and always communicated with us. We could not recommend him more highly!

I contracted with Fernandina Beach Exterior Cleaning for a full, top-to-bottom exterior cleaning inlcuding roof, gutter guards, siding, brick front, windows and screens, driveway and sidewalks. My house was moderately grubby, with some mold in places, dirty windows and screens, and streaks of dirt and/or algea on the back side of the roof. Austin did thorough and conscientious work throughout the whole project. I wish I had taken some "before" photos because now it looks like a brand new house. Windows are streak-free and mirror-like, all the screens look like brand new, the siding looks like it just got a brand new paint job, and the roof looks like it was just put on.
