I researched garages in advance of visiting a business in this building (bc of a lot of snow on the streets) - and after reading reviews that credit cards get stuck in the exit gate kiosk, I went to pay at the B1 level kiosk. Business owners also told me that should be safe ... WRONG. It ate my card. And the kiosk call button was buggy and kept dropping calls. And when someone finally answered, they kept dropping in and out, sometimes just not answering me on purpose, NOT being very helpful, and just rude. As someone who's been trapped in an elevator, I start having panic attacks when I feel trapped in spaces - and this was no exception! The hours posted on the website are not correct. The garage closed at 7pm on weekdays. After hours, you can still get out of the garage even though there is a metal barrier blocking the exit. Once your vehicle gets close to the metal barrier, it will trigger a sensor which automatically opens the gate.

We parked in this garage for just a couple hours. It was easy parking and getting to the elevator. The issue came when it came time to leave. We could not get back into the building to take the elevator back down to our car. We had to walk around the block in the pouring rain to walk back into the garage. Because we couldn't get into the elevator lobby to pay we had to pay at the exit. It declined the first card which shouldn't have happened and then it ate our second credit card. We had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and get the card out. We continued to press the assistance button after 20 minutes and after 30 minutes of waiting. When I told the guy we are no longer going to wait and will just cancel the credit card he took my information and abruptly hung up. I called back to ma
